GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF RUSSIA GUIDEBOOK
1.- Purpose
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between Rusalia Travel SL (hereinafter Rusalia) and the buyer (hereinafter the "Customer" or "User"), relating to the sale of the electronic travel Russia Guidebook.
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before making any purchase. When you make the purchase of the guide, you are bound by the Conditions of Purchase, so if you do not agree in full with them, you should not use this site.
2.- Modalities of purchase
Russia Guidebook is an electronic book (e-book) that can only be purchased in electronic format, not on paper.
3.- Purchase requirements
To make the purchase you must fill in the form, as well as your credit or debit card information, accept the terms of sale and click on the "Complete Order" button. A secure payment gateway called "Stripe" is used.
Acceptance and delivery
Once the payment is verified you will receive an automatic confirmation email and a download link where you can download the Russia Guidebook in electronic format (e-book).
5.- Price
The price applicable to the purchase of the Russia Guidebook is the one determined at any time on the website plus the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at any time.
6.- Method of payment
Payments can be made by credit or debit card.
7.- Withdrawal and refunds
Once the payment of the Russia Guidebook has been made and the download link has been received, it will not be possible to cancel the purchase and no refunds will be accepted.

The Client will only use the Russia Guidebook for private and non-commercial purposes. The license of use does not imply a transfer of any right of use for promotional purposes.
Among other things, it is expressly forbidden to the Customer:
Sell, rent, lend, make copies, modify, transform, distribute and/or make available to the general public the Russia Guidebook, either partially or in its entirety, in any way, which is not expressly permitted in the present Conditions.
Remove, modify, delete or any similar way to prevent the effective operation of any measures taken to prevent copying, distribution, making available to the public, modification, transformation or any other type of access or improper or unauthorized treatment of the Russia Guidebook, either partially or in its entirety;
circumvent any technology used to protect the Russia Guidebook accessible through the Russiable website, as well as delete or remove from the Russia Guidebook any mention or reference to the notice of the rights on them;
Use the Russia Guidebook in any way that implies a breach of these Conditions.
Reproduce the Russia Guidebook without proper authorization and payment of royalties.
Additionally, the user agrees to take reasonable measures to prevent any unauthorized use of the Russia Guidebook.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The use of our website, the present Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Purchase Contracts through this website will be governed by Spanish law.
In case of controversy or disagreement arising from the purchase of products through this website and / or these Terms of Purchase and for the resolution of any disputes, the parties agree to submit, at their option, and waiving any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the courts of the city corresponding to the domicile of the Client.
If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this Clause shall affect your rights as a consumer under current legislation.
